Across the Atlantic, Cian O'connor (FLY'SILVER/SOFT'UP) steps up twice on the 3rd step of the podium at two Grand Prizes of the Wellington Equestrian Festival (Florida, USA).

Bengtsson is writing History in Sweedish and.... in Freejump! He is the first Sweede in Equestrian History to be the World #1, and he rides with Freejump (X'UP/FLY'ONE)! This is the confirmation of a regular superiority shown throughout the 2011 season including his title of European Champ in Madrid past September... Rolf-Gorän Bengtsson's leading rank on the horse jumping planet was conquered thanks to hard and consistent work. Freejump is applauding and thanking him!
A woman's touch to close these exciting news: Clarissa Crotta (SOFT'UP Black/Blue) finishes 5th in the CSI 2* Neustatd-Dosse. The new year starts off well, both for our men and women Freejump riders!

Ridin' Malin'... It is in Malin during the 5* CSI that Simon Delestre (SOFT'UP) demonstrated by qualifying for the Grand Prix finale along with 11 other couples. Kevin Staut finishes on the 2nd step of the podium !
It is only the begining of a 2012 year rich in world events (Olympics in London...) and in many stars CSI (55 5* CSI officialy in the IEF calendar!) !

Rolf by Bengtsson, GUCCI by Freejump...riders He is on cloud 9 our freejump rider European champion !
Rolf-Gorän Bengtsson (X'UP/FLY'ONE) one more time took the prize during this 5* week end in Paris winning for the 2nd year in a row the GUCCI by GUCCI !
In the legendary Top Ten, it is Germany representing Freejump with Ludger Beerbaum (FLY'ONE) on the 3rd step of the podium ! While Rolf places 6th, Denis Lynch (SOFT'UP/FLY'ONE) 7th and takes also the prize EADS, Simon Delestre (SOFT'UP) 8th and Kévin Staut (SOFT'UP) 10th.
Still up high with the stars, the final grand prize sees 2 Frenchmen European and World vice-champs placing: Kévin Staut in the 7th, while Olivier Guillon (SOFT'UP/FLY'ONE) finishes 9th, all this during a spectacular finale !
Finally in the CSI 2*, the ascending couple Timothée Anciaume / Olympique Libellule places twice in 4th position at both most important prizes ! Timothée (SOFT'UP/FLY'ONE SILVER) also takes 8th riding Paddock du Plessis HN* during this show definitely under the sign of success...

First Ludger Beerbaum (FLY'ONE), feeling even more at home than usual, takes the grand prize, he is followed in third position by Rolf-gorän Bengtsson (FLY'ONE/X'UP) our European champion, and by his fellow countryman Marco Kutscher (SOFT'UP) placing 4th.
Denis Lynch (FLY'ONE/SOFT'UP) takes 6th and Simon Delestre (SOFT'UP) ends this Freejump showoff !

Lions out of the Lyon's den... In the CSI** Timothée Anciaume (FLY'ONE SILVER/SOFT'UP) starts things off placing 7th in the 1m45 with Paddock du Plessis HN, and in the CSI***** we find Pedross Veniss (X'UP) in 4th and Ludger Beerbaum (FLY'ONE CLASSIC) 10th in the first 1m50. Denis Lynch (FLY'ONE/SOFT'UP) takes 2nd in the Fonds d'Eperon contest.
The next day we start off strong again with Simon Delestre (SOFT'UP) taking 6th in the 1m55 followed by Ludger riding Gotha taking 4th. Another Freejumper in the name of Lynch places also 4th in the Equita'Masters.
Finally what could be better than a victory of our European Champion Rolf-Gorän Bengtsson (FLY'ONE/X'UP) in the world cup...?

Champs and Vice-Champs !!! At the European Championships in Madrid, the French team did it again clinging to the 2nd step of the podium (following Lexington in Sept. 10) !!! Some vice-champions very comfortable in their shoes especially Olivier Guillon (FLY'ONE CLASSIQUE/SOFT'UP) who signs a zero-fault in the first round, while Kévin Staut (SOFT'UP) does it in the 2nd round !
On the top step, Germans, with Ludger (FLY'ONE) and Marco (SOFT'UP) very focused !
Individually, the question was : is someone going to prove the "in the end it is always Germany who takes it" wrong...?
Yes indeed ! The X'UP takes it this time after the SOFT'UP of Kévin Staut golden in Windsor... Finally a well deserved title for the golden couple Rolf-Gorän Bengtsson and his fabulous Ninja la Silla !!! All this is well deserving una Hola !

GCT Valkenswaard : to the desires of Lynch This show might have a name impossible to pronounce, it did not seem to impress our Irish freejumper to decipher the course with ease to succeed: 2nd at the GCTand winner of the final contest for the black/blue SOFT'UP aficionado !
Other colors, those of Japan in Belgium : Eiken Sato qualifies 4 horses into the final of the 6 years on August 15th riding his red X'UP !
What we can call a 100% week-end !

Dublin Temple Bar...s! A temple of show jumping welcomed the cream of international riders for a new Nations Cup meeting. Born and raised Irish star Denis Lynch (SOFT'UP) lifted his home flag to the 2nd place, while Belgium and Gregory Wathelet (SOFT'UP) placed 3rd equal with France!
In the meantime, in San Patrignano, one of the best freejumpers of all time - the "Kaiser" - is the best rider of the competition by classing in every round, finishing 3rd in the GP.... Ludger Beerbaum, selbstverständlich ;)
